No-Yeast Quinoa Flour Pizza Crust

Gluten-Free | High-Protein | Quick & Easy

This crust is a great source of plant-based protein and whole carbs, with healthy fats from olive oil. Make your favorite pizza recipe with this healthy crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa flour

  • ¼ cup tapioca flour or arrowroot starch (helps with flexibility)

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ cup water (add more if needed, 1 tablespoon at a time)

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder or Italian herbs for flavor

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together quinoa flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs.

3. Stir in olive oil and water until a dough forms. Should be soft but not too sticky.

4. Press dough into a thin, round crust shape (¼ inch thick) on the baking sheet.

5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until slightly golden.

6. Remove, top with sauce and toppings, return to the oven for 8–10 more minutes.
