Brown Rice Flour Flatbread Crust - No Yeast

Brown rice flour: Whole-grain and gentle on digestion; offers fiber and B vitamins.
Ingredients

1 cup brown rice flour

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (for binding and added fiber)

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)
Instructions
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: brown rice flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Let rest for 5 minutes so flax can bind the dough.
4. Divide and roll or press into small pizza rounds (great for kids!).
5. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes. Add toppings and bake another 8–10 minutes.
