Simple Spiral Zucchini Noodles
Fresh zucchini noodles lightly sautéed with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil, then tossed in tamari for a simple, flavorful side.
Servings: Approximately 6 cups
Ingredients

3 medium zucchinis, spiralized (about 6 cups noodles)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1-2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari. coconut aminos, or Braggs Liquid Aminos

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Add spiralized zucchini noodles and toss gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
3. Stir in tamari, coconut aminos or Braggs Liquid Aminos and toss well to coat evenly. Heat for another minute.
4. Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
5. Serve immediately alongside your Asian turkey meatballs.
