Broccoli Slaw
Broccoli Slaw is a crunchy, colorful mix of shredded broccoli stems, carrots, and red cabbage, tossed in a light, creamy dressing made with Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, a touch of honey or maple syrup (or apple sweetener), and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. It’s a fresh, fiber-packed side dish that’s perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a crisp contrast to heavier meals.
Ingredients:

1 (12 oz) package broccoli slaw mix

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular plain yogurt)

Instructions:
